“Prague is a country”

I have told everyone who wants to listen, that my favorite TV program is “The Amazing Race” that airs every Sunday night. Not only do I get tips here as to where to go in future, but I also enjoy places that I have visited. The past Sunday (November, 21) was no exception when contestants were informed that they had to travel to Prague (Ah Praha, with the incredible opera house, St Charles’ bridge, castle with the most fascinating views, to mention only a few).

“Great,” one of the gay brothers exclaimed. “Do they speak Spanish there?” “No dummy,” the other replied, “Prague is a country!” I like the gay brothers, but that is what happens when one lives in one’s own little world.

Come on, get out there and travel. Stop coloring between the lines. There IS another world out there. Explore it. Learn. Enjoy.

And you WILL know that Prague is NOT a country!
